  1. General
CAM Office Services strives to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for any reason. All items in returnable condition with original packaging, manuals, parts and receipt or packing slip can be returned (see exceptions), for an exchange or full refund within 60 days of the date of purchase of the item (see exceptions). A restocking fee of 15% is however assessed for returns beyond 60 days of the original purchase date of the item (see exceptions).
 
Note: All claims for damages and or shortages should be made within 48 hours of delivery.
 
Customers should follow the returns policy (see below) to return items. No returns will be accepted without notification.
  1. Exceptions:
  • Technology Products - CAM Office Services will only accept the return of technology products within 14 days from the original date of purchase. The items have to be in the manufacturer’s original box with all internal packaging, manuals, and accessories. Opened technology returned within the 14-day period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Defective technology items may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of the original purchase date. Technology products consists of, but may not be limited to, computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, monitors, networking equipment, business machines, cash registers, scanners, projectors, digital cameras, telephones, shredders and all peripherals.
  • Office Supplies - All custom ordered products such as promotional items, printed products, signs, stamps seals and etc., are not returnable. Likewise, calendars or dated appointment books from the current or previous calendar years are not returnable. These products may only be accepted in the event of a manufacturer’s defect or an error on our part.
  • Breakroom and Maintenance Supplies - Hygiene and consumable products such as food, beverages, cleaning supplies, pharmaceuticals and etc. 
  • Ink & Toner - Opened and expired ink and toner cartridges are not returnable.  Ink and toner cartridges may be exchanged or returned for a full refund with the Original Receipt and in their original, unopened condition within ninety (90) days of purchase.
  • Software - Software is returnable within fourteen (14) days from the date of the invoice, if returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, unopened and in resalable condition. Opened software can only be exchanged for the same title version within fourteen (14) days from the date of the invoice. Downloadable software is not returnable or refundable.
  • Furniture – Furniture may only be returned within 14 days of the date of invoice and should include all components and manuals. Special order, manufacturer-direct, custom and preassembled furniture is not eligible for return, unless it is reported defective at delivery.
  1.  Return Process
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchases from us, please contact us at [email protected]  or 781-932-9868 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
 
Note: No returns will be accepted without a Returns Authorization
 
Please provide the following information to help us complete your Return Authorization:
  • Purchase order number, invoice number, packing slip number
  • Part number(s)
  • Quantity of products you wish to return
  • Reason for return (i.e.: defective, wrong item, damaged, etc.)
  • Condition of the product(s) (i.e.: opened or unopened, type of damage, etc.)
Once your return is processed you will be provided with a Return Authorization Number and your return instructions. In the event you are returning something due to damage, manufacturer defect or an error on our part, we will pay the return shipping costs. A Prepaid Return Label will be provided with your return instructions.
  1. Packaging and Sending Returns
Once you have your Return Authorization Number and instructions, carefully repackage the item in the original salable condition, including all original packaging and materials. Please make sure all items are packaged adequately to avoid damage in shipping to ensure a full refund. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping package. Please do not write on the product or its packaging as this will make your item non-returnable.

Once your return is received by us, CAM Office Services is fully responsible for your returned merchandise.  We are not responsible for loss or theft before the merchandise is in our possession. You may wish to insure valuable items, to cover replacement costs in case the package is lost in transit. If possible, save your tracking number and track your returns to make sure we receive it. Shipping (& handling) fees are non-refundable.

If a product is being returned as new, but has clearly been used or damaged prior to its return, we reserve the right to refuse refund completely.

  1. Refunds
If you paid with debit or credit card, we will refund the same card used for the original purchase. If you purchase by check, you will be refunded in the form of a corporate check.

You should expect to receive your refund in 3-4 weeks from when you send the return back to us. This includes time for us to receive the return from the shipper, time to inspect the return, time to process the return, and time for a credit to be processed. Many refunds are processed in less time.

  • Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the discretion of CAM Office Services, Inc.
  • Any return request older than 60 days and not returned with a valid Return Authorization Number will be considered void with no credit issued.
  1. Manufacturer Warranties
Unless noted otherwise on our site, all products are sold with the full manufacturer warranty. The period and service of the warranty varies depending on the manufacturer and product. If you experience problems with an item after the 30-day period has expired, please contact the manufacturer directly.
